Refund and Cancellation Policy
- No refund for no shows or if service was already provided for both, in-clinic, or concierge service.
- Canceled appointments more than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a full refund.
- Canceled appointments less then 24 hours before the appointment will incur a penalty:
- In-Clinic: $50 penalty
- House calls: $100 penalty
All appointments can be rescheduled within 90 days without any penalty.
Cancellation request must be sent during normal working hours. (M-F 8AM to 8PM, Saturday 8AM to 5PM).

Dear Clients, We look forward to doing business with you. Please review our refund and purchase policies that apply to your purchases with us.
Our Refund Policy is as follows: Payment for the full cost of services is non-refundable. Cancellations will be accepted with 24 hours advanced notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not show up at your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. You will be given a 15-minute grace period. If a patient is unfit to receive for treatment for any reason a $100 fee and any travel fees with be charged. Refunds / No Show Policy We understand that life may get in the way of your attendance to your booked appointment, however, no show appointments will be charged 100% of the appointment/service cost. We reserve the right to deduct payment from your pre-paid packages. In order to prevent any misunderstanding concerning payment responsibilities regarding fees, below is a summary of your financial responsibilities:
Payment: You are responsible for your entire bill at the time of service including additional cost of any vitamins, supplements, or medications added on to treatment. Insurance: Med Concierge LA does not accept insurance and will not bill insurances on your behalf. In many cases, the cost of products or services received are not covered by insurance as they may be deemed elective prevention and well-being services.
Wait Time Fees: If you cannot start your appointment within 15 minutes of scheduled start time we are happy to have our nurse wait on the condition that it does not cause any scheduling conflicts. Wait time is charged at $100/ hour / nurse in increments of 15 minutes and start to accrue 30 minutes after the start of your appointment. By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that I have read, understood and agree to the terms set forth above, including, without limitation, that I am ultimately responsible for payment for all fees, regardless of insurance or other coverage.
The Med Concierge LA Team and our partner laboratories work diligently to process every test in a timely manner and deliver on our promised turnaround times, but unexpected logistics issues can occasionally delay test results. The below policy outlines the levels of refunds you are entitled to should your test result be delayed.
1. If the results are late by 6 hours or less, you are eligible for a 30% refund.
2. If the results are late from 6 to 12 hours, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
3. If the results are more than 12 hours late, you are eligible for a full refund.
Rapid PCR Test
1. If the results are late by 1 hour or more, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
2. If the results are late by 2 hours or more, you are eligible for a full refund.
This refund policy does not apply if results are delayed due to forces of nature including earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, landslides, hazardous winter conditions, floods, and other such events as well as war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, labor strikes, or other events impacting the distribution of the sample to the laboratory.
